Professional, polite and genuinely cared about taking care of the guests. So we ended up paying over 200+ then 50.00 extra for a balcony view which ended up literally a balcony on the same level as a bunch of rocks on the roof of the floor below us.So all we could see is a rooftop of rocks. The morning of our room date I got a call saying I didnt have the free room code on my account but we were all set to go tho hugely disappointing. Our next event was our 51st wedding anniversary in august which I had a code for a free room which was accepted a few days before our arrival date. She agreed that was wrong & her supervisor would be following up on this the next morning. Let the front desk receptionist know, I was nice about it but thought the housekeeping dept would want to know. My sister & i stayed a night last March & the room was great as expected but when entering the bathroom noticed there was urine in the toilet.
