The opening has added about 100 new permanent jobs at the resort, and the hotel/spa expansion project created 400 construction jobs this year, giving a boost to the Tri-State Region's economy, according to a news release.
The Downstream Casino Resort has opened its second hotel, the roughly $50 million 152-room Kappa Tower, in Miami, Okla., which includes the Nee Spa and other amenities.
